Yes, Tripiro supports background tracking. Make sure “Always allow location” is enabled, battery saving is off, and tracking is active. The app will ask for permissions on first launch – just confirm them.

Yes, if you confirm all required permissions. Some phone brands may need extra steps. Test it before important events: enable tracking, lock the screen, place the phone where it’ll be (bag, pocket…) and go for a short walk. Your track should appear without large gaps.

A green tracking indicator and last sent timestamp will be shown in the app. Your position also appears on the map.

You probably don’t have internet access, so the location can’t be sent.

Check that location access (including background) is granted, GPS and internet are on. Restarting the app or phone often helps. You can also check permissions in Settings > Apps > Tripiro.
